Does it auto-renew?

No. It's a one-time payment for 30 days of access. When it ends, access simply stops — you only pay again if you choose to.

What exactly is included?

Everything: all 19 reading and 20 listening mock tests, 145 writing prompts, 159 speaking topics, model answers, voice recording, CLB estimates, progress tracking — and AI Examiner feedback on your writing and speaking (up to 10 AI reviews per topic, fair-use limits apply), which competitors sell separately.

Can I get a refund?

Access is granted instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable — except duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical problems on our side. See the Refund Policy.

Which devices are supported?

Any modern browser on desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. Speaking practice needs a microphone.
