Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
1. Overview
TEFCanadaPractice sells premium access as a one-time purchase that unlocks all premium content for a fixed 30-day access period. It does not auto-renew and there are no recurring or subscription charges. This Policy explains cancellation and when refunds are and are not available. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Digital nature of the Service
The Service is a digital product delivered online. Access to premium content is granted immediately after a successful payment, meaning you begin receiving the benefit of the purchase right away. For this reason, and to the extent permitted by law, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except in the specific situations described below.
3. Cancellation
Because access is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel and no recurring payment to stop. Your premium access simply ends automatically when the 30-day period expires. You are never charged again unless you choose to make another purchase.
4. When you may be eligible for a refund
We will review refund requests in the following situations:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge);
- you were charged in error, or charged an incorrect amount due to a technical fault on our side;
- a verified technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing the premium content you paid for, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time; or
- the payment was unauthorised (for example, made without your permission) and this is confirmed.
To be considered, requests based on the situations above should be made within 7 days of the charge.
5. When refunds are not available
- change of mind after access has been granted;
- not using, or not using enough of, the access during your 30-day period;
- dissatisfaction with practice scores, estimated levels, or your performance on the official exam (these are practice estimates and are not guaranteed);
- issues caused by your own device, browser, internet connection, or failure to meet basic technical requirements; or
- expiry of the access period in the normal course.
6. How to request a refund
Email us at info.tefcanadapractice@gmail.com from the email address on your account, and include the reason for your request, the approximate date of the charge, and the order or payment reference from your receipt. This helps us locate the transaction and respond quickly.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and may take additional days. Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction; we are not responsible for currency-conversion differences or bank charges applied by your provider.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help — this is usually faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.
9. Contact
