Service Delivery Policy

TEFCanadaPractice is a fully digital service delivered online at tefcanadapractice.com. There are no physical products, and nothing is shipped or couriered. All content — mock tests, prompts, model answers, and tools — is delivered electronically through your web browser.

Free content is available immediately after you create an account and, where required, verify your email. Premium content is unlocked immediately after a successful payment — there is no processing, waiting, or delivery period. In the rare case that your browser session does not update right away, signing out and back in, or refreshing the page, will reflect your access.

Minutes for the live AI Examiner are also added to your account immediately after a successful payment for a minute pack, and trial minutes are added automatically once you have premium access (see Section 4).

A premium purchase provides access for 30 days from the time access is granted. It is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew; access ends automatically when the period expires, and you may purchase again to continue.

The live AI Examiner is a spoken practice conversation with an AI voice. It is part of premium access and uses minutes from your balance. The full rules are in Sections 8a and 8b of our Terms of Service; in short:

• Minute packs of 30 minutes (CA$5 or ₹349) or 60 minutes (CA$10 or ₹699) are one-time purchases, available while your premium access is active. They expire 90 days after the purchase, can be used only while your premium access is active, and do not renew.
• Trial minutes: when you have premium access, we add 5 trial minutes once, included with your access at no extra charge. They are valid for 30 days, can be used only while your access is active, and have no cash value.
• Time is counted second by second while a conversation runs. If your device stops responding, up to 45 seconds may be counted after it last responded. You need at least 60 seconds of balance to start, and each conversation is limited to the length of that exam task.
• Your remaining minutes, and the date on which the next ones expire, are shown in the app.

Sign in at tefcanadapractice.com on any modern, up-to-date web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox) on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device, with a working internet connection. Your modules, tests, model answers and saved progress are available from your dashboard. The speaking module and the live AI Examiner require microphone access on your device, and the live AI Examiner needs a browser that supports live audio, such as Chrome, Edge or Safari.

Voice recordings you save in the speaking module can be played back for 60 days: the audio is deleted automatically 60 days after you record it. The written transcript and any AI feedback stay in your account for as long as your account exists (see our Privacy Policy).

After a successful purchase you are taken to your dashboard with a confirmation, and a receipt email is sent to your registered email address. A minute pack has its own receipt email. If you do not see your access, your minutes or your receipt, please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us.

If you have paid but cannot access your content, please contact us at info.tefcanadapractice@gmail.com with your account email and order or payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly. Refunds, where applicable, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Service is available online to users worldwide, subject to your local laws and to the availability of payment methods in your region. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted; occasional maintenance or downtime may occur.
